Growth Track
Growth Track at your church is a new program designed to guide both online and in-person members through a structured process of becoming active, informed members of the church. It is split into four phases:
Phase I
This phase introduces key foundational areas such as:
– Leadership: Teaching members about leadership in a Christian context, equipping them to serve within the church.
– History: Offering an overview of the church’s background, mission, and values, helping members understand the roots of the church community.
Phase II
This phase delves deeper into theological education by introducing the “ologies” of Christianity, likely covering areas such as:
– Theology (study of God): Understanding the nature of God and His attributes.
– Christology (study of Christ): Exploring the person and work of Jesus Christ.
– Pneumatology (study of the Holy Spirit): Learning about the role of the Holy Spirit in a believer’s life.
– Soteriology (study of salvation): Discussing the doctrine of salvation and how it applies to Christians.
Growth Track aims to not only provide knowledge but also encourage personal growth, helping members discover their purpose in alignment with the church’s mission of “God, Others, and Purpose.” It’s about empowering members to take ownership of their spiritual journey and become active contributors to the church community.
The classes will last 6 weeks, every Sunday immediately after service, beginning November 3rd for those in-person and online.
